In collaboration with the Nagoya Station Area Urban Development Council and the Town Management Research Institute, we contribute to the sustainable development of the region by acting as a policy advisor and through PPP (Public Private Partnership) initiatives./名古屋駅のまちづくり協議会や、タウンマネジメント研究所と連携し、PPP(Public Private Partnership官民連携)や政策アドバイザーとして地域の持続的な発展に貢献します。

we must preserve and things we must change

We believe it is our mission to update people and cities in line with evolution. Since our founding, our work has been based on community contribution, and we have long been involved in building relationships with regional industries and participating in regional city planning.

In recent years, in response to the trend of globalization, we have recruited employees with overseas experience and engaged in activities to promote international exchange and real estate studies.

As a former study-abroad student myself, I spent five years in New York, majored in International Development at graduate school, and have long worked on corporate business revitalization and business succession through experience at foreign financial institutions and in the school business.

Therefore, looking ten years into the future, we believe that “Re-Construction” – a “new choice” that is distinct from revitalization or redevelopment – is necessary. Until now, our goal has been “sustainability” (sustainable, universal, turning minus to zero), but we felt its limitations there. This is because “regenerative” (regeneration, choice, turning to a plus) will be required in the future. In order to stop the declining population society in Japan, we will research regional revitalization together with the country, administration, and universities, and re-construct global x local through introductions to necessary partners and organizations, and donations.
